Our recipes

At La Isla del Gallo, we want this experience to allow you to connect with the nature of the surroundings through all your senses, enjoying a healthy and delicious Mexican cuisine, low in fat, highlighting traditional flavors. We are located in a privileged area surrounded by sea and mountains, which allows us to offer dishes that combine the best local ingredients, freshly caught fish and seafood from the lagoon and the sea, accompanied by vegetables, greens, spices, and tropical fruits. We strive daily to prepare complete and balanced menus that include fruit, vegetables, protein, and carbohydrates, along with our homemade sauces made 100% with natural and fresh ingredients.

Lunch

Appetizer: Ceviche or green salad with red wine vinaigrette

  • Catch of the day (fish or shrimp) prepared with our various recipes: grilled, garlic-style, marinated in our charred chili sauce. Served with rice.

  • Beef burgers with fries.

  • Different pasta preparations.

  • Different preparations of quinoa: burgers, salad, etc.

  • Chickpea or lentil ceviche.

  • Hibiscus tacos.
